Asler is a Venezuelan-born, New York-based interior designer, ASID member and contributor to Design magazine. Throughout his professional career, Asler has been involved with Housing Works, DIFFA: Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS. Asler’s view on charity: “It is an honor for me to work with non-profit organizations and philanthropic causes, using my talent to give back to my community and support the arts”Having been in the New York design industry for over 20 years, most recently at renowned interior design firm Sills Hunniford. There, he was professionally associated with, and learned from, the best in the field while experimenting with design for both commercial and residential spaces.
He is recognized as a color expert by several paint companies across the the US. Asler founded his own Interior Design studio in Murray Hill, where he also deals in art and collectibles. His wide-ranging style incorporates classical and modern elements into a timeless environment that is inspired by his travels around the world. “I take into consideration my clients’ sense of style. Even the most simple item in a home represents, for me, an entire sense of the family’s values and their history”. The focus of his design is quality of life, comfort, and luxury.
